these banks are very concerned right now in the real estate / rental space.. when you have max leverage and even a slight downturn means NO EQUITY  IE sales costs etc if the properties actually have to be liquidated investor has their cash back already no skin and the bank gets hosed.. look at from that perspective.. and of course Markets matter as do asset class.  

If so, a good power wash with a diluted bleach solution can really bring back the natural color.
