Not that financially astute folks can't work with CC, you certainly can but it is dangerous for most newbies, IMO.

That's a bit silly though, a deck is to use, unless of course it's blocked with danger signs and people are specifically told not to use it until it's repaired.I was just surprised that the property management company wasn't partly responsible.

It would be tough to cut corners on a job knowing that you are leaving the property in a potentially dangerous situation.
