When going into business regardless if it is RE or anything else it is wise to protect your personal assets. 

However – it would be nice to get out of the property manager business – without giving up a gigantic portion of the proceeds.We are very fortunate to be in a position to ask these questions, but we absolutely need to process a lot of information before committing to any sales.What do you think – Take immediate advantage of huge sale prices, then get into a DST (or several)? 

Most of my business is from networking directly with the insurance relocation specialists to be first in mind when a claim matching our property is received.

If you are already doing a good amount of business there's nothing wrong with a VA assuming you can train them to operate at the same capacity/skill level. 

I also don't like how long it takes for the checks to clear I do use the free version and takes about 5 business days to clear. 

2) Would you register an Arizona LLC to do business in California, transfer the lien to the LLC, then have the LLC's lawyer foreclose in the name of the LLC.

I've seen some businesses that have done this in the past where it was an oil change business and it was converted into a coffee shop or restaurant.

And professionally it's a product I've built my business around!
