You can spruce things up by doing a quick coat of paint, update the flooring (nothing too fancy) and then do little things like new faucets, door handles, lighting fixtures.

The ceiling areas could possibly be just skim coat it and retextured if not wet.

There are many ways you can do this by touching up the appearance of the exterior & interior:• A new coat of paint throughout the house (bright colors)• Smart locks• Smart thermostats• A little TLC to the landscaping

This assumes the termites' nest is somewhere in the exterior, and it must be crossing the perimeter to get inside for the wood.You could also have drywood termites which is a totally different animal. 

The best business cards I have seen are double sided with UV coating, which gives that real slick glossy look.
