.#1 is a 4 bedroom 3 bath 2600 sq ft 2 store gone that needs cosmetic work.#2 is a 4 bedroom 2 bath 1550 sq ft home.This house is interesting beacuse it has a large new detached 2 car garage on the back connected to a back ally.

I don't know if this is the right place to post but if not please move to the right place...My question is I am buying a condo and I have to live in it for one year I have 3 bedrooms the property is in Las vegas so i want to rent out the other 2 rooms by the room so I am wondering if this is feasible I am looking for a Property Management company in Las Vegas would they take this on or is it a no go?

My 2 and 3 bedrooms I expect to stay booked at 25-30 days a month.

I was cash flowing $800/mo while living there and once I moved out I cashflowed $1275/mo.In the SFH I got a 4 bedroom (4+ are the best).

The house is a 2/2 and I want to flip it and add an extra bedroom.

Two options I would recommend though are a live in flip (depending on knowledge/skill) or house hacking (renting out bedrooms).
