I'm not sure if they are in your area but they will put a pre-fab ADU in the back of your yard for you.  

I won't speak on his behalf, but I will say that he's been around the yard long enough that he knows what he's doing. 

Spoke with a neighbor and apparently it had been down for 8+ years.The bush is gone, took 4 truck loads and a day of a thousand scrapes and cuts but the building looks much better, under estimated the mulch and 2 yards was just a drop in the bucket.... 6 more on the way.Removed 2 cubic yards of trash from the bushes and surrounding area and found a whole driveway hidden underneath some over growth. 

If you feel like you could paint or haul junk away target houses with junk in the yard or that need paint.

One of the 3 tenants that I dealt with followed the rules, the other 2 did not.I would say absolutely do not buy a house in a HOA neighborhood that is heavy handed with the rules and handing out fines.Oh yeah they sent out fines for weeds in the yard too.

Originally wanted a single family home with a decent yard due to my dogs.

Most of mine are in hoods with terrible kept up yards and ugly looking homes.

What you would be competing against is someone getting a 30 yard roll off dumpster and filling that.

I'm building a new property in SA. I'm am horrified at the sight of trash cans in front yards.
Can you recommend a was to organize it, so it is no so ugly?

If you are on the fence about renting because of the location (your yard) a long term tenant is a bigger commitment and you need to screen thoroughly.
