They big thing to the CPAs' presenting is that they have not been tested in the courts, yet.  

Since I went to school in Texas and I planed on staying there, I found out that I was qualified to take a broker test and get a license without taking anything extra and I got a license.  

This does not pass the smell test.

Just passed my salesperson test and looking for a sponsoring broker to hold my license in the Baton Rouge area.

What if you went with enough cash out to buy one in Florida to test the waters then add more as you feel more comfortable?

I think Google is testing areas of Tampa.

They offer a course that fan static that you should take just before your test date

But accessing them {directly} in parts of the Maritimes may be a test.

Since I was in Texas I found out that I was qualified to take the brokerage test so I got a license and I did close a few deals for other people,  I kept that license for about 30 years.
