My advice is to join a private investor group where there is no Sponsor (unlike BiggerPockets) in the group.

Join local groups on other social media, like Facebook.Each area/State has investor groups that allow you to be easily added to active wholeseller's lists in the area - also a good opportunity to check out what the locals are talking about and who is utilizing which PM's/contractor teams/realtors etc.Best of luck to you!
