I bet you could buy a house for $150K that would have one tenant who pays all the utilities and you could get $1600 or more rent.

I would then take that profit when available convert it into $USDT and play a 100x futures bet short or long ( most likely long) to return 4.8% profit per twenty-five dollars of movement.

If you don't have the funds, your best bet is to partner up with someone who has, cash, credit or the team to rehab. 

Without seeing your house, and knowing your neighborhood, if you have two living/family rooms and can convert one into a bedroom in a way that makes sense for the layout of the house, that is almost always a win financially.

They can see this on the title transfer, now while lately they have been turning a blind eye to this you bet when these foreclosures start to pick up like they are and banks start tightening their lending again they will start to call those loans in.

I also am betting on inflation, so it wouldn't shock me to see rents of $4000-4500/mo in the next 5 years or so.
