If you look at it nation wide I am sure there are way better places to invest.Back to cynical: I don't loose anything by posting rents (since there are so many prospective tenants anyway!)

From my experience, local private lenders are much more reliable and easy to deal with than nation wide big private lenders.

Now I know that there could be a wide variety of reasons for the property to be sitting the most important being the prices but when I saw the renovation that this flipper did, it was all basic stuff, nothing spectacular.
