well this is what happens when your trying to wholesale deals and you tell the seller your a cash buyer when your clearly not your relying on someone else.. you create your own stress.

I have bought a few books and none of them work well at all because they are all talking about finding the buyer first and in my mind if I go about finding the buyer first, 1 its not with no money and, 2 I would just do a different strategy of investing if I was finding buyers first.

It was really hard to schedule cleaners and contractors for repairs on such short notice, and, though we were able to get some of them, my husband ended up doing a great deal of work on the unit (and had to cancel a number of his plans in order to do so).
