I like the owner Nick Tang who has only been investing a few years, but teaches what he knows, is open and honest, wants to partner and teach because the more he can offer, the bigger he feels his business will prosper.

As a theory, to my knowledge it's never been proven or disproven that you automatically don't feel as good if getting the price you want was "too easy".....unless those teaching the negotiating hammer this into you.

There are lots of people teaching methods for "easy, no-money down" investing but I haven't found one that I feel would work for me.

I am currently transforming my site into a blog/community where I will be teaching everything I learn and test.

He charged me $10,000 just to teach me how to wholesale.

I also agree a mentor would be the best option but I don't know anyone locally who would be willing to teach me, however I do have a few people who would be interested in buying deals from me, if the deal was really good.
