I completed RON LeGrand’s terms course and watched many videos by Joe MCCall.

We visited two impressive systems in Germany, but after our preliminary design submittal it was determined that the construction costs alone could not justified.My BIL sent me a video of one in Dubai he visited that delivers the owners Lambo's etc to the outside balcony of their high rise condo.

@Fedor Volkov I agree with @Evan Hutchins, those look pretty minor and you could have a mason repoint those for you or do it yourself if your a bit handy and can follow a good youtube video. 

I heard about it a couple of years ago, watched some videos on YouTube about it and decided not to go that route... something just didn't feel right about it to me.

@Ben McFarlandIf you are not a BP pro member, I would recommend becoming one and reviewing past videos on deal analysis.

I am thinking of changing my list agent, i asked her who will be paid if a buyer toured the house, didn't put it an offer ,somehow change minds and submit an offer to my new listing agent?

Learn the position, what needs to be done, take video captures, and share them with the VA. 

I must have submitted 50 offers on various properties before I got my first deal and figured out that i always had to go over asking price because there was always a multiple offer situation.
