The transaction that introduces the two should be 1. at arm's length, 2. significant in scope, amounts and risk and 3. successfully completed to the end.Yes, you could do something knowing that you will or would likely do future business and you can do some transaction that introduces each party.As to a significance of the transaction, that would not mean buying a pack of gum at the drug store.

You may need to clean the place out after an eviction and store the items for the statutory period, you might find that from a landlord association, but certainly from an attorney.Another issue is to check and see if Cali has any disclosure requirements concerning tramatic events in your property, we have them here, and you'll need to disclose that someone died in the unit.

Banks here, a few, having travel agencies, insurance, trust account/companies and stock brokerages, and many are in commercial leasing of bank owned properties (bank building having other offices or stores in the same building).Another matter, we are not having any issues with paying off notes held by an LLC, one was refied in April. :)
