I wanted to know what exactly the role of these companies is when it comes to wholesaling. 

The LLC never generates any income, its only role is being listed as the beneficiary of trust that we create. 

The reason I was looking into Accounting as a degree was to learn about business development in a specialized role and let those skills transfer over into my real estate investment business, as I plan to create an LLC when I become more established. 

Like alot of things in life it easy to make excuses why you shouldn't do something or should wait to start something until later (investing, dieting, exercising).  

I want my role in my company to help potentially facilitate a bunch of other small businesses to spawn off the needs I create while scaling my business.
