I have been doing it for 4 years now, it is not a great source of income, more work, some of them are demanding, but better than having a vacancy.If you are not responsive, you might have vacancy.I basically charge little higher and make them pay one rent everything included.Provide everything except cable.

Tenants are renting a residential space; if it needs painting, that is owner's responsibility.

I finally spoke with an attorney and was told I am partially responsible for this error because I did not obtain a survey.

When I say the tenant isn't cooperative, I mean that I asked if we could work until 9 pm and her response was I want in writing what hours you plan to be working.
