On living with tenants--your attitude will determine the outcome. 

I have buyers with amazing credit, great DTI, & cash in the bank...all of that doesn't matter to a lender if the buyer has no job.What does this mean for the short-mid term prospects of the las vegas housing market?

We are not living in the home so it can be shown at any time to prospective buyers (typical lockbox scenario) but last week the Bay Area was put on a "lockdown" and now we can not schedule any open houses until further notice.

It might be worth prospecting for rent by owner listings in the areas you’re looking in to make your efforts more efficient.
