At very least, you should provide a link to your LinkedIn profile here on your BiggerPockets page, along with a phone number, email address, favorite carrier pigeon name, and any other reliable method to reach you.You never know just when money will come knocking, but it rarely knocks twice...

For months now I have been on bigger pockets with no profile picture and not a single post just simply readings others post wishing I could be them.

Perhaps if you have questions after you do some research, you could email some folks who appear to have done this successfully (you know, here on BP, by looking up an individual and then following them to their profile, where you can connect or message them).

You can still find some good deals in those areas and the tenant profile is pretty good and getting better.  

Properties are still reasonably priced and the tenant profile there is good. 

Flesh out your profile and strategy. 

I have gone through all the profile options to great extent, but I do not see a signature box to complete, and I have completed (I believe) all of my company information.  

The lenders will certainly pay attention to your credit profile and if that IRS loan is on there, the lenders will see it.

Oh wonderful @Jaston Robinson, yes, I remember - sorry, Bigger Pockets profile pics are a little small but I thought you looked familiar.
