Either find a professional or a mentor that can walk you through it.

This gives us legal protection if someone sued the business as our personal accounts and personal professional corporations are not involved. 

Is that something an HVAC professional can help with as well?

If you're not a mortgage professional, you should find one that can help you understand which company does what on that side of the business. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Also get the professionals who have the knowledge to do what they do and let them teach you.
