There is a lot of fine print, that being said, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or advice as far as best options available, costs and ease.

I know what avenue I want to start in, and that's Wholesaling and Assignments.I don't have the capital to go into flipping or holding properties yet, so it would be great to hear any advice from those of you who have done and are doing these types of transactions.Where are the best places to get printed fill the blanks contracts etc.

I see people download them, print them off.

I have done vista print by zip code, 3 different written letters.

I'm currently in the process of getting my post cards printed.

Perhaps I should fire up the printing press.

I dislike videos; too slow.With the written word I can skim along quickly 'till I see what I need and then slow down, re-read as needed, or even print out a hard-copy.

I will use direct mail, bandit signs, flyers and printed/web classifieds to obtain my leads.

Sure, it's not technically an escrow account, but would look good on the computer print out if anybody wanted to see it. ;-)

I got his so called blue print a while back and was a big mistake.
