I was fortunate enough to find a few AEs whom I called up at random (Google search to find them) and met some very humble folks who were patient and willing to teach me. 

I know that there are deals to be found, but you have to be patient and dig a little more to find them. 

So, I am stretched and perhaps should just be patient.

I'm sick of reading through them only to discover their numbers are way off, they didn't account for some pretty major repairs that I can tell from the pictures need to be done, and their returns are too low to allow someone else to be in control of my money.Be patient and the right deal will come along.

Put yourself out there, work hard, be patient and you'll make it happen. 

I'll say that again, the numbers are completely irrelevant in this case when it comes to your satisfaction level at the end of it.- The dream-o-scale depends on the property, the transaction, the motivations of the sellers, etc.Some sellers want top dollar more than they want to close fast.

I will do my due diligence and be patient to find a good deal. 

I would wait and be patient.

Take your time, be patient and make an effort to get to know personally the company you are going to work with. 

Right now your money is doing nothing, it is patiently waiting for you to use it while it is slowly dying.
