If it is medical bills we tend not to care as much as long as they are paired with someone with better credit etc.So not super black and white on this issue and maybe why you are finding it hard to get specific answers.  

Those who attacked Jim and called him a racist remind me of the ridiculous character played by Stephen Colbert a few years back who claimed that he could not see color - to the point where Colbert's character claimed he did not know if he himself was white or black. 

Another big one is the ATMs of smaller banks sometimes would not have deposit capability or they claim you can deposit your checks at any ATM in their co-op network.

If they insist on paying the invoice, pay it for her and then take them to small claims court. 

It's only for emergencies - think medical emergencies, huge expenses or deductibles that come up.

We've got a situation in Lakewood WA where we have squatters who claim to have an agreement with the past tenant. 

Can/should I sue in small claims for August rent?  

My wife and I got a First Position Heloc Loan, and I liked it so much that I left my job in Medical Sales to join a company that specializes in them!

It's been 6 wks, and damage mitigation is done, but repairs not yet even started, so this will likely take a while.There is an open liability claim for the at fault unit (they have a renter's policy) that I've been dealing with who have been putting up a fight.
