lets see no money down interest only... well that was a go to product in 04 to 06 it was called pic a payment.you get get neg am or interest only or fully amortized you picked the payment. you could do no doc just needed decent credit.. first and second  etc etc.. those loans no longer exist and for very good reason.

I run a couple of corporate rentals and was told that Georgia law states I can only have 2 people in a one bedroom apartment but that was for long term leases.Is there a law that states I can have up to 4 people if it is short term (less than 2 weeks majority of the time)

@Danielle Zito We did this (reappraised a three-decker in Boston to apply for a HELOC to fund investment down payment on another, also Boston) and though rates are variable on the product we have, they're fixed for a period of time first - so paying it back is a priority.In terms of timing, it does take some time to get through the HELOC process, so you probably want to start sooner rather than later, but I would discuss with your mortgage lender as well.
