Any pros on this board care to comment on this situation?

I've found that with AdWords one of the big keys is to make sure that your keywords are targeting the right intent.

You may find a couple of boarded up or obviously vacant homes, but there aren’t many out here.

Are you looking to buy turn-key properties or create these opportunities yourself?

Key word though is TRUSTED. 

It's an 1700 square foot home with 4 beds and 2 full baths in the lower unit in turn key condition. 

I went a little over board on the rehab and now am asking a bit higher than market for the rent.

(Repaired)Now the last issue was a newer Samsung slide in stove that I bought for 1600 1.5 years old I had service company from warranty company come out and state due to abuse it was filled with roaches and that the circuit board blew he than declined to fix and he said the house was being abused.I than had a second company come out and they replaced the board to no avail they then said it was another board and yet again it would not work so they suggested I get a new stove.
