You'll finds tons of helpful people and resources here.I actually think there are still decent deals and numbers here in Chicago if you have the right team feeding you deals. 

You stay in the game by maintaining sufficient liquidity to feed the alligator now and then.  

I have been listening to BP podcasts and the guests always take about wholesalers feeding them deals.

If you're doing a rehab, you should have access to the main feed unless it's common hot water.

In a hot market, the MLS becomes a feeding frenzy. 

If so you can just keep these breakers off except when you want to use them.If they approach you and ask to use them you could say yes for xx dollars per month due the the increased utility costs and extra wear and tear on the machines.You could also have an electrician wire in a local box that feeds power to these that has a lock on the box with breakers that can be turned off when your not using them.

Wow I posted this twice and no replies but if I posted and said I have no money and I'm looking to buy a multi everyone would chime in with a personae I am seriously starting to wonder about this site I can't any feed back or input on my strategy?????!!

The pay I got during the project would only be for my 'laborer' hours not GC hours.I am not trying to be skimpy, but I am trying to balance his need for a GC and my need for experience with feeding the family.
