August 12, 2014 will mark my 4 year investing anniversary :-)I wish I had started earlier, but honestly, I think I was very fortunate to start at the perfect time and to be in the right place at the right time.When I got into RE, I went all in and pursued it very aggressively.

In conclusion; I work hard, I'm determine, love to learn, I'm helpful, not afraid to ask for help, have a vision and a plan to obtain it, will take action, No handouts wanted/needed, I'm honest, trustworthy and true to myself.

I would strongly advise against having multiple lenders and honestly, I dont know of a private lender who will lend against a property if other lenders are involved.  

Just be honest with your tenants because one day they might ask are you the owner, and I don't think you should lie to them because you don't want the tenant lie to you.

Honestly after 5 deals I consider myself a newbie every time I come on this site.

So here is where I would like an honest assessment of why I have yet to be able to close.Is there anything that i can do different that i currently am not seeing?

Honestly, I have the same concern regarding losing potential sellers if I don't answer the calls personally.
