The ideas that I had in mind was focus on areas like East Hazel crest, Markham, Chicago Heights, Harvey and also looking in the areas of like Gary.

@Jeremy Ballard I agree with @Michael Atkins that East Montgomery is definitely the nicer place to live, but if you are looking for a nice balance of solid cash flow while also being a safe neighborhood I would recommend the following neighborhoods: Forest Hills, Lakeview Heights, Dalraida, Montgomery East, and Morningview.

Steer clear of anything east of the interstate or in Floral Heights.

For the most part it’s easy enough to do unless you want to plan last minute but not really the way to plan for a month long trip away so to speakSome planning but even in the height of covid there were options unless you were dead set at some where like JH.
