Does anyone know (and like) a document provider who does custodial documents or LLC documents who has worked with Solera Bank?

Just had one close wherein he departed a 4/2 for a 2/1 after breaking up with his fiance whom he had previously intended to make babies with.It's a matter of a) it being true and accurate (since the underwriter could ask you to document your claims in some way) and b) quality packaging and presentation on the loan originator's part. 

The contract documents either completely failed to specify an amount owed for taxes as of the date of sale, or the amount indicated on certain schedules was incorrrect (clear title company error as the correct amount would have been accessible online, and it was their job to obtain the figure provided for the relevant year from the county database), and none of the parties were aware of that.

Have the POA provide a copy of that document and record it. 

Owner may, on fifteen (15) days’ notice to Contractor, terminate this Agreement before the completion of the Work, and without prejudice to any other remedy Owner may have when Contractor defaults in the performance of any provision of this Agreement, or fails to carry out performance of the Work in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.

We went through the process, provided them all the documents / info they requested.

@Vann Calhoune As a Florida real estate attorney myself, I prefer to work with documents I have prepared in the past rather than evaluating something I have never seen before and modifying with language I want to include from my form anyway.

Once you've signed the purchase agreement and assignment contract and sent the documents to the title company, what are the next steps to follow?

We have already had to push back closing a week, so the lender could get more documents from me and plead my case.Two days before closing and I am not sure what to do.
