Who are the rockstars you know in Mobile, AL?

I recently had a tenant die in a rental property(mobile home). 

@Sadrud-Din Williams Real Estate is just like any other business, if you don’t have the mindset (meaning the drive, persistence, dedication, learning attitude) then people become just another statistic.

Have a mobile notary standing by and have a prepared "Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure" (if you acquired the mortgage), or a "Quit Claim Deed" if you don't have the mortgage.

I will pay cash for tough to finance odd properties that don't quite fit into lenders little boxes (like mobiles on land or 2 houses on 1 lot), have too many repairs needed to appraise or need sold too quickly for a mortgage. 

And a large share of college students do not truly dedicate full-time hours to school.There is plenty of opportunity to take advantage of free school, and still participate in real estate investing.

-When you get to mogul status you will have a dedicated team to do the leg work and research for you.

Develop a budget as well as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and plan out how to get there (budget will be developed by tomorrow, the 14th, goals list also by EOD on the 14th.)Step 1 is done with this post, though it terrifies me to post on a national forum (even as I type this out my mind is screaming at me that people will make fun or think that I am weird or a flake), it is my first step and I am now invested and dedicated.

There are so many more variables with mobile home parks that need to be understood, it will surprise you.
