I hired a company to complete the renovations and a public adjustor to help with my insurance claim. 

That includes landscaping too. 50$/month is pretty low if you have to get a company to do it but I’d just deal with it myself.

All in all, I have found travel medical professionals (not just nurses - think x-ray technicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, etc) to be great guests who cause no issues and always pay on time and often extend their contracts and thus, their leases.
