My Insurance policy for the property was recently cancelled because of 'dangerous animal' on property.I already made the Tenant signed a new lease after 30 days that prohibits Pets butTenant refused to remove the animal because Tenant claims she had it before I bought the property and also because the dangerous animal is 'sentimental' to her family.

I fix anything that I don't want to mess with when a tenant is in place...unlike our author I don't dumb the whole place down because my tenants are animals, I fix them right while it's vacant so I can move a tenant in and start the relationship right...not with a two-page punch list of repairs needing to be addressed.
