For the first time in many years I actually got a refunded check from IRS. 

Recently got a salespersons license in California with the hope that this would lead me in the right direction towards investing and discovered soon afterwards that California is actually one of the worst places for investing.

I actually had a call with one of NRIA's project managers back in 2020.  

I either have to spread it after I use it or keep it in a locked file cabinet (which they actually looked for the locked file cabinets in my office). 

While I told him already I will never cut him in on a deal out of "being my brother" I think it is right that I grant him some sort of value because he would be over paying on rent by $500 by living here and I have already told him I would give him an equity split, far more than what I will actually end up giving him in the end.

My thought was to block Saturday check-in/check out up until a few days before that date, allowing me to capitalize on bookings that may include the Saturday.

You can actually start studying before you are 18 so that you are ready to take and pass the test soon after you have your birthday.My guess is that at 18 it will not be easy, but don't let that stop you. 

If somebody was a little more respectful or actually had something relevant to ask, I would be happy to have a conversation.

In addition to that, I am also concerned as to how big of a loan I can get, as travelers taxable income is significantly less than what they are actually making with stipends.
