Are there any Indianapolis area agents offering unlicensed assistant MLS access to a new investor such as myself?

I was wondering if you all could recommend books or online learning materials that have that same level of information, I'm really looking for detailed analysis on how to do things as an agent at a higher level of undertanding.    

Opening it up to have access to the backyard.Does this need a permit?

If so, how do I access them?

Looking for anyone who is in the market around the Katy, Texas 77494 area and around Pensacola, Florida area that has access to mls?

Would that at all be possible, and how would I go about "networking online"? 

Do they open up a new account for us and send us statements and cash flow monthly or just take our current accounts over/get access to our current banking systems?

They basically are going to set you up with a real estate coach/mentor, provide access to a REIPro website, and give you feedback when you have questions.

And just to confirm, does that mean prospective buyer should have access to warrantable loans?
