We purchased our first LTR property this summer and have a renter since September.

She’s for real estate (I think market is over inflated) but in the past we use it for rainy day fund vs holding $ for repairs as well as acquiring property via cash to rehab and sell.Regarding equity shares I would read the fine print as from what I have read you basically are selling your sole to those companies for a small payout to start but giving up a ton of equity

We paid him in installments and we're at our final stopof rebuilding our entire kitchen and finishing up small details like filling upnail holes, bathroom vanity installs and etc.

@Heath Shepard I'm not familiar with the builder, however, with this being a new construction CBS build, there's little to worry about regarding hurricanes and additional protection.
