I would suggest buying Simplisafe or motion cameras to install in the house as it sits empty. 

If there are any damages make sure to make note and take pictures for your records. 

Why would you book a stay in the place if you see in the pictures it has an old kitchen, missing necessary appliances, accessories, etc?

(My lender made note that refinancing is also an option down the road as well 🤷🏾‍♂️)To combat that, i took on the Sarah Weaver approach & listed the Zillow listing pictures and posted them on furnished finder, to get Some feel of midterm/short term rental leads… turns out my property is in the middle of about five different hospitals out there, And it shows some promise for being able to be rented out that way, both After I move out and while living there. 

If you're buying homes that are newer or recently renovated, you may be able to rely on pictures, video, and home inspections to purchase sight unseen.

I have all the above in motion.

I am not accusing this author of it per se, but why is it often the case that someone comes in with no previous content and no picture making that kind of statement? 

Also, I know that $262-$362/mo. in net cash flow might not be a lot to many, especially west coast folks, but to help paint a picture of my current situation: My own monthly expenses are only $750/mo (PITI, utilities, phone/cable), so $262/mo. is almost 1/3 of my monthly living expenses.EDIT: I updated the numbers because I realized I was using old info.
