Hi BP,What would be the most efficient way, taking cost in to consideration, to setup a Virtual Assistant who's out of the country to make phone calls into the US?

I work for a fortune 500 co. and can transfer virtually anywhere in the country.

We should get together sometime.There's a good argument to be made for flipping in the eastern suburbs because the homes and neighborhoods are unique enough that the typical buyer is not very price-sensitive.

I´m a big fan of US property, but have dabbled in other countries as well.

I'm guessing that this is one of those instances...P.S.Jon, I am in the middle of moving my family to Ohio (Cincinnati) and back in May I listened to your BP Podcast while driving a box truck across the country and back.

@Martin Yung  1% can be had in most parts of the country, but other parts of the country you can achieve 2% or 3%.

My wife and I are moving out of the country for a military obligation, and I was wondering what specific authorizations I should grant to the future PM?  

I have ten plus years in multifamily valuation and have looked at/appraised apartment complexes around the country.  

I'm used to hearing about bad tenants damaging property or being a nuisance in other areas of the country.
