Ie, they make sections of houses in their factory and crane them in on the final location. all their houses sit on slab to its technically not a "manufactured mobile home", they are usually fast in deployment ( usually 4 to 5 months) but cost wise may not be as cheap as traditional manufactured housing. 

@Joe S.Not sure if Mississippi is a war zone but I was down in Meridian for a family visit and there were pretty cheap SFH, a lot of them.

The last quote is what I went with not because it was cheap but because the guy said for now, let's start with one pier to lift the steps then see what happens from there.
