Korea has some very interesting & creative real estate projects which I think would surprise most Western/American investors.

I have seen that New American Funding, Newfi, and Griffin Funding have a 40 year mortgage with the first 10 years being interest only while the remaining 30 years are a fixed rate.

I visited State Farm and the local agent told me that SF didn't handle LLCs and hooked me up with American Modern. 

I think they call it "American bond pattern".
