I walk in like a big shot tell the counter lady I want to look at the aerial photogs.. etc etc  at first she brings a few out.. then ask why I want them and I blurt out well to buy land to log... 

Maybe it would work out for a young lady like you in a self directed IRA.

I'm in the process of completing a cash out refi right now, and I can tell you that lenders will calculate DTI wildly different depending on their overlays and underwriting.

You will definitely want these boundaries because you will be so stressed when this lady (or others like her) becomes your tenant and then is calling/texting/emailing you at all hours of the day.

I am really motivated in acquiring that place at the right price and it will probably be main residence for a couple of years, and the I move out and rent it.The place is not a tear down, but an old lady has been living there for the last 20 years, and it needs to be update it.

Hello,I bumped into a lady today and she said she runs an REICLUB in DFW.

I am not saying Newburgh is hopeless, I am propositioning opening an advertising agency there right now that utilizes urban renewal as a community responsibility action, but those are two wildly different markets.  

Once I started to accumulate some property and started an eCommerce store, I switched over to a lady that is a pro with business tax returns and does enough real estate to know 99% of that field.
