Hey all,I’m new to this forum so bear with me... it seems like a good tool to use though.I’m looking into getting into subletting various leases for homes thru Airbnb and am curious what everyone’s take on how to find and connect directly with landlords would be.While it would be time consuming, you could isolate the area and homes you’re interested in engaging into a lease agreement with and message those hosts that are already on Airbnb to take over management of the property via lease/sublet combo.

I have not done one, but I heard they are time consuming and sometimes the contractor does not get paid until the work is done, so you may need to pay the repairs up front and get reimbursed or find a contractor that is willing to get paid on the back end.
