As I wrote in another post this evening on a thread where there was intent to wholesale: How do YOU plan on getting paid in this deal?

It was a wholesale deal and he brought buyers to the table who eventualy enabled us to close the deal.

How could this deal be done with a wholesale is it the same as wholesale a home.

If it can take weeks to get a response, how can a wholesaler get steady income from REO's?

If you have the deal under legal contract, you can either sell (assign) the contract (if you used the words "and/or assigns" in the offer (which is what most wholesalers do) or if you didn't use those words (like with Bank REOs, which won't let ya) you can do a double closing, which means you buy the house and then re-sell right away (within minutes).

Also Jeremy, if you're looking to wholesale-forget short sales.

I don't live anywhere near North Carolina (though I hear it's lovely) but feel free to reach out any time with questions, comments, or just to mull over a possible scenario with a wholesale deal.

@J Scott is right, but I will add that all buyers from wholesalers will have one desire in common.

My biggest problem is not be able to find a wholesale buyer in my area.
