Lots of groups are virtual at the moment so perhaps any groups in Washington state (or where you want to invest, if it's not near home) might be interesting & informative.I'm actually off to a (non-virtual) meetup right now (in a different state).Good luck

Have you found any virtual meetups in your neck of the woods? 

The previous owner was an older owner-occupant and paid virtually nothing in property taxes due to homestead and other elderly exemptions.

The #s should be your #1 criteria for this type of investment.Going through properties virtually is actually pretty common these days (covid, etc.).

As I was wholesaling a virtual deal under contract, a gentleman came and asked if I did rent to own.

There are lots of great resources out there for finding wholesale deals virtually, also a lot meetups that are happening virtually as well.

Please let me know if you have any knowledge of groups or clubs that still meet in-person or virtually.

Hi Guys I'm trying to do some virtual wholesaling and looking for ways to hire "Boots on the Ground".

I highly recommend finding some type of meetup, even if it's virtual, to get to know people.

Unfortunately, the classes are all virtual now, so no free lunch!
