Being able to do and understand things like this will give you a good expectation of work and when you find tradesmen that perform to your liking, keep them on speed dial, they're worth every dollar. 

I know you want to take action and do whatever you can to speed up the process, but I also think it's important not to inadvertently delay things by doing something that you shouldn't have.

I think your biggest hurdle would be speed as these typically have seasoning requirements.

Mine is a vacation home/STR but at 9800 feet elevation so speed is of the essence to get the shell weather tight before the short building window closes in the fall.  

There is some other stuff out there such as small business loans and what not for veteran's but I am not as up to speed on those.

I feel behind at times seeing the lighting speed movement of Headlined advertised Investors, Yet also compare myself to the common W2 employee and feel like maybe I am super speed in terms of wealth accumulation.         

I was curious if there was a possibility of me speeding up the saving process by acquiring funds from an outside source.

We know now, how and what to change to speed the process.
