I missed this years tax auction so I was researching other ways to get tax certificates. 

I hear that some people had trouble with Hospitable and VRBO.We haven't tried Hostfully yet because there was no free trial. 

While doing it on your own is good, I think you might be missing out on many opportunities to save or restructure your business and how you collect income.

When I searched the BP Forums for "commercial valuation" and "commercial value-add" I saw some information about people finding deals where the seller wanted to sell a commercial property for when it was "Stabilized" - but this seems slightly different than making improvements that go beyond filling vacancies.Obviously I have far less experience than Brandon Turner!

You can often miss the bigger picture there.  

@Daniel Dahan sometimes if you complete your profile, people on this platform will tend to take you more seriously.

I have also been told never to allow cash and one of those people was Brandon on the pod cast on in his books as well but there are a couple I am looking at right now and one of those is apartments.com and it seems to be good especially since it is completely free for the landlord and the tenant   

Downside equals some people think they are very dated from the 1970s.

When you get flooring there's people sitting at the computers in that specific area, so that's usually where you make large orders.

But I'm sure because it's given, more people will take advantage than add-ons and find it valuable.
