If you are buying the business--look carefully on all the back taxes, employee withholdings-proof they were paid to the government.

I did find something called a "Parent-Child Exclusion From Reassessment" and it states, "The Claim for Reassessment Exclusion for Transfer Between Parent and Child form is filed when applying for an exclusion from reassessment on property transferred between parents and children.

I haven’t started building credit yet because my parents isn’t great so I have to wait until I’m 18.
