First I attempted to buy a certain small business based on my knowledge and work experience on transaction due diligence; I was focused n the cash flow, the rate of return, how many years before I could get my money back etc... it didn't work out.Long story short, after months and months of mental struggle, I filtered and filtered myself to seek out my real interest, something that would match my skillet, my financial goals and my personality.
