You may meet someone that's doing a flip and they could let you help do some work in exchange for knowledge.

Let's say someone has the knowledge and the contacts but needs the money or needs someone who can get a loan; or viceversa, someone who has the money, but needs someone with the knowledge and contacts to have successful BRRR cases.
