You can then add this account to Mint or one of the other similar tracking software systems so it auto-feeds from all your account activity.

Know your ag requirements around there....do the cattle need 1-5-10-50 acres around there to survive without supplemental feed. 

Since you're not going to generate leads, you better have a SOLID network that is constantly feeding you deals.

I have several airDNA subscriptions (investment explorer, daily future feed, market minder ETC) and the biggest flaw in their data is that they can't tell if your property is booked or blocked - they count both as revenue.

I am assuming that you're referring to some sort of calculation in which you use the fair market value of their interests and feed into some sort of discount or premium to derive an exit value.
