Institutional money is still coming into the $5M and up price band, plenty of individual investors eager to buy MF buildings in the $1-5M price range.

Incompletely agree there will be plenty of opportunities but too early to tell at this point.

Have plenty of emergency reserves, multiple streams of income from different business sectors (multiple properties is not multiple streams, technically). 

Under normal circumstances, the Servicer has plenty of cushion to account for this.
