@Tyler Lee You might consider using the MBTA commuter rail, which should work well for much of downtown Boston.Go to https://mbta.com/trip-planner Enter your start and end locations and it will give you options for public transit.If that works for you, you can start looking further outside the city where prices are much more affordable.

But I have been a broker/owner of a property management company for several years.I am interested in purchasing, along with other investors, an apartment complex located out of state (out of the state I currently manage/broker in).  

The location was doing really well at the time, the house had a great original look.

I think crime rate, school district, location (proximity to freeways, shopping, grocery) etc. is important, is there anything else I should look for?
